We are now REOPENING nominations for 2024 Chinchilla Australian National Championships 24th - 30th June 2024 for the MASTERS MEN AND WOMEN

If you previously nominated you need to renominate to be eligible - all positions are vacant

Some documents will need to be uploaded with this nomination form including;

Birth Certificate (for all sub junior, juniors and masters nominations)

PAWA Junior Medical Information (all sub junior and junior nominees)

NOMINATIONS CLOSE 5.00pm TUESDAY 2ND JANUARY 2024

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO NOMINATION FEE BUT THERE WILL BE A FEE PAYABLE AS ACCEPTANCE TO A TEAM IF YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL
